Where is VYBA Eyewear based?

VYBA Eyewear was created in the Netherlands. We design from a fashion-first perspective, focusing on eyewear as an essential part of personal style.

Are you an online-only brand?

Yes. VYBA operates exclusively online, allowing us to focus fully on design, quality and community.

Yes. All our glasses are designed for comfortable everyday use while maintaining a fashion-forward aesthetic.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 4 business days.
Orders to Belgium are delivered within 5 business days.
Orders to Germany, France, Italy and Spain are delivered within 7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within The Netherlands.
Belgium: €9,50
Germany, France, Italy & Spain: €11,50

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Which carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped with PostNL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a track & trace email.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

What if my order is delayed?

During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Glasses must be unworn, unused and returned in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

You can request a return via our contact page or by emailing info@vybaeyewear.com. Please include your order number in your message.

Are there return costs?

Return costs within the Netherlands are €6,95 and will be deducted from your refund.
For other countries, return costs are calculated upon request and start from €10, depending on the country the return is shipped from.

Can I exchange my glasses?

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different model or color, please return your item and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
