You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your glasses must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and returned in the original packaging, including all accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Glasses that show signs of wear, damage, scratches, or alterations cannot be returned.
To request a return, please contact us via our contact page or email us at info@vybaeyewear.com. Make sure to include your order number in your message.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return costs within the Netherlands are €6,95, which will be deducted from your refund.
For other countries, return costs are calculated upon request and start from €10, depending on the country the return is shipped from.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your glasses are damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
If you would like a different model or color, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
