When will I receive my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are handled on business days.

Netherlands
Delivery within 4 business days.

Belgium
Delivery within 5 business days.

Germany, France, Italy & Spain
Delivery within 7 business days.

Please note that during busy periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

Which carrier do you use?

All shipments are delivered with PostNL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a track & trace link.

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands
Free shipping on all orders.

Belgium
€9,50 shipping fee.

Germany, France, Italy & Spain
€11,50 shipping fee.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

I haven’t received my track & trace, what should I do?

Please check your spam folder first.
If you still haven’t received it, contact us via our contact page or email us at info@vybaeyewear.com and we will assist you.

My package has not been delivered, what now?

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with PostNL if necessary.

My order is delayed, what should I do?

During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days. If your order has still not arrived after that, contact us and we’ll assist you.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the order amount will be refunded automatically. We are unable to reship returned packages.
